Stop over thinking today 📈

Overthinking is a major problem in todays gen. From an average 80% of teens over think so here’s how you can stop it in 3 STEPS

STEP .1 = Meditation , lots of people has started doing it and they no longer doing meditation more than 3-4 days of you do it only 5 minutes in the morning only ! It can give huge results so start doing consistently , it seems hard but really it’s too easy👍

STEP 2 = Slow down , now a days things can be done in so easily so we do everything in a rush like scrolling the internet etc. Whatever we do is so fast everyone need instant result | that’s why you should slow down in your work and take little breaks💥

STEP 3 = DO SOME WORK , it doesn’t matter what are you doing just do some thing and start doing new things like sports or youtube channel etc. It is far better to stay busy and take action than just overthinking and day dreaming
